Welcome to F.L.Edge & Son!

We are very proud to have been able to provide the residents of East Harling and surrounding areas with fresh meat and produce for 60 years. In 1953, Frank Edge opened a small village butchery which would eventually become a thriving shop and catering butchery.

In January 2008 F.L Edge & Son Ltd made a major investment into the business which saw it become owners an industrial unit (approx 7500 sq feet) within the village of East Harling. The unit is state of the art EEC approved processing plant for sausage production. This unit was opened in March 2008 by celebrity chef Galton Blackiston, chef/patron of Morston Hall.

We specialise in pre-packing for other retail outlets and supplying the catering trade across East Anglia. We currently supply approximately 30+ retail shops and a large number of pubs, restaurants and schools as well. Some of our high profile customers include: Morrison's PLC, Tesco's PLC, Center Parcs and A F Blakemore (Spar Shops).
