Rib Eye Roast (700-800g)

A succulent prime roast cut from the eye muscle of the forerib. Tender, succulent and no waste!

Striploin Roast (700-800g)

A joint of striploin which is cut short from the sirloin with the tail fat removed, giving a very tender and lean joint of beef. This cut is smaller, more round and easier to carve than the rolled sirloin.
