A boneless lamb steak, cut from the middle of the leg . A very lean cut of meat with a full and succulent flavour. Rub with olive oil and garlic before cooking for a truly divine taste.

Very tender, pan fried with shallots and served with a sticky red wine sauce. Absolutely delicious. Top quality meat!
