


All our meats are sourced locally from within East Anglia from approved farms. Below you will see we have broken this down into sections with more detailed information about each product category:
Beef
All our beef is sourced locally from within East Anglia and is usually from Angus or Red Poll under 24month cattle which are reared outdoors to give high levels of animal welfare. The beef is left to hang for a minimum of 14days before processing.
Pork
All of our pork is sourced from our local wholesaler who select the best outdoor reared British pork for our customers. Our outdoor British Pork is reared over a longer period of time improving the flavour and quality but also most importantly improving levels of animal welfare.
Lamb
All our lambs are from outdoor flocks and are sourced locally from within East Anglia through a local wholesaler. They are then left to hang for upto 1 week to improve the texture and the flavour of the product.
Poultry
All our poultry is sourced from within East Anglia. We offer 2 types of chicken 1 is an RSPCA monitored brand and the other is a certified free range brand. All our duck is also free range. We have tried to keep the free range products at a sensible price as we know this is what the majority of the customers want.
Sausages/Burgers
All our sausages & burgers are made in house using only prime cuts of meat. They are manufactured by our dedicated team who specialise in this field giving consistency and quality 100% of the time. We use state of the art machinery to help maintain a consistent weight of the product. We make approximately 20 varitieties of sausages including a "Gluten Free Range" We can always make any type of sausage you require (minimum quantity applies)
Cooked Meats
All our cooked meats are produced in house. We have a dedicated area in the premises which is used only for the cooking, slicing & packing of cooked meats. This ensures total separation away from any raw products. We sell cooked meats over the counter, in catering packs, whole joints and sliced in pre-packs ready for sale in other retail outlets. Our hams are cured using our own unique cure which falls under the "Breckland Bacon" umbrella.
Bacon & Cured Products
All of our bacon is cured locally using traditional recipes and natural smoking techniques bringing out a delicious flavour.

We are currently supplying our four local Morrison's stores with our Cooked Meats, Bacon, Sausages and Burgers and we are now very proud and excited to be supplying 15 further Morrison's Stores throughout East Anglia with our Farmhouse Pork Sausages!
