Processing Plant

In January 2008, Jonathan spearheaded a major investment into the business which saw F L Edge & Son Ltd become owners of 3 industrial units (approx 7500 sq feet) within the village of East Harling. The units are state of the art and serve as a multi species EEC approved processing plant for meat preparation and processing. These fantastic units were opened in March 2008 by celebrity chef Galton Blackiston, chef/patron of Morston Hall and were a huge investment for the company. Once again they have proven to be a very successful addition to the continuing expansion of the business where we are producing in excess of 3 tons of sausages weekly!
